2021 was a year with many surprises! While many of us hoped to see a return to normal, many states experienced some form of lockdown during this trying year. A return to home also saw a return to home workouts, zoom calls with loved ones, and of course – cooking at home!
The extended lockdown in Melbourne was surprisingly good for Sarah Kirley and her family. The forced break from her business allowed her to study naturopathy, sharing her study journey with her husband and three children.

In the 2000s growing up, Laura Stevens was surrounded by health messages that said: look good, and you’ll feel good. But after Laura sought a naturopath’s help for a health condition, her mindset shifted to prioritise feeling good.
Netball is Laura Scherian’s first true love, but it is followed closely by cooking. Armed with talent, determination, and a naturopathy degree, Laura pursues both with gusto from the Sunshine Coast.
